WARRANTY
Virtus Motors Pvt. Ltd. provides warranty coverage on every Alpha electric cycle against defects in workmanship and materials: a lifetime warranty on the frame, 1 year on the motor and battery, 6 months on the controller, display, throttle, and other electronic components, and 6 months on the charger, all from your date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and applies to the original owner only.
IMPORTANT!
Register your Alpha within 15 days of purchase to validate your warranty. Proof of purchase is required.

MEET RIDESHIELD.
Virtus Motors RideShield extends your motor, battery, and controller warranty for a one-time payment of ₹1,999:

1 extra year on the motor,

1 extra year on the battery, and

6 extra months on the controller.
You can add it anytime within 3 months of your Alpha’s purchase date, through our website, any authorised dealership, or by reaching out to us directly.

To validate this warranty, register your Alpha at www.virtusmotors.in within 15 days of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost, within that part’s applicable warranty period as set out above.

The decision to repair or replace rests with Virtus Motors. We reserve the right to use equivalent parts where the original is unavailable.

Virtus Motors covers one-way shipping costs for warranty replacements during the first 12 months from purchase. After 12 months, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
