  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customised orders or bulk purchases may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer.

1.4 Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Domestic Deliveries: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.

  • International Deliveries: Delivery timelines vary based on the destination and will be communicated during order placement.

1.5 Order Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS, allowing customers to monitor the status of their shipment.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless specified otherwise during promotions or offers.

  • Free shipping may be offered for select orders or locations.

2.2 International Shipping:

  • Shipping charges depend on the destination country, package weight, and size.

  • Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2.3 Re-Delivery Charges: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

3.1 Modifications:

  • Changes to the shipping address or order details must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Requests can be emailed to info@virtusmotors.in with the subject line “Order Modification Request - <Invoice/Order Number>.”

3.2 Cancellations:
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@virtusmotors.in with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request - <Invoice/Order Number>” and provide a reason for cancellation. The following terms apply:

  • Within 24 Hours: A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • After 24 Hours and Within 96 Hours: A cancellation fee of 25% of the order value will be deducted.

  • Before Shipping: A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be deducted.

  • After Shipping: Cancellation requests will be treated as returns, and all applicable fees under the Return Policy will apply.

  • Refused Deliveries: Orders refused at delivery will be assessed restocking, cancellation, and other applicable fees.

3.3 Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 28 days to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Delivery Issues

4.1 Delayed Deliveries:

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or transportation issues. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

4.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@virtusmotors.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

4.3 Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the courier partner makes multiple failed attempts to deliver the order, it will be returned to our facility. Customers may choose to have the order re-shipped at their own cost.

5. Custom Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

5.1 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.

5.2 Virtus Motors will not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Pickup Services

6.1 For customers in select locations, we offer self-pickup services. Customers can choose to collect their orders directly from our facility. Pickup availability and instructions will be shared upon order confirmation.

6.2 Self-pickup orders must be collected within 7 business days of notification. Unclaimed orders will be cancelled, and refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
